Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Japanese & Korean Mart, we aim to ensure complete customer satisfaction. If you are not happy with your purchase, our return & exchange policy is simple and transparent.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
  • Return request must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

*Perishable food items cannot be returned once opened.*

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Opened or used food items
  • Items with broken seals (unless received damaged)
  • Frozen, chilled, or perishable products
  • Clearance or promotional items
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper storage

3. Exchange Policy

You may request an exchange if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Exchanges depend on stock availability. If unavailable, a refund or store credit will be provided.

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit.
  • Processing time: 3–7 business days.

*Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the mistake is on our side.*
