• Bank Transfer (for bulk & wholesale orders)

Shipping & Delivery Charges

• Free delivery for orders within 10 km.
• For deliveries above 10 km, a delivery fee of 1.5 BD applies.
• Delivery times may vary depending on your location and product availability.

Order Confirmation

Orders are processed only after payment confirmation (except for COD). You will receive an order confirmation via SMS or email once your payment is completed.

Refunds & Disputes

Refunds are issued only in case of cancelled, damaged, or unavailable items. Refund processing may take 3–7 business days depending on your payment method.
