Delivery Charges

• Free delivery for orders within 10 km.
• A delivery charge of 1.5 BD applies for distances beyond 10 km.

Order Confirmation

Orders are processed once payment is confirmed (except COD orders). A confirmation message will be sent to you via SMS or email after payment.

Refunds

Refunds are applicable only for cancelled, damaged, or unavailable items. Refunds may take 3–7 business days based on the payment method used.
